NTT is a family owned and operated business.
NTT Associates, Inc., a licensed and insured Maryland Corporation providing residential and commercial land surveying services, was established in 1977 by J. Carl Hudgins, its sole proprietor. Carl accumulated over 59 years of land surveying experience by starting his career at his uncle’s firm, Maryland Surveying and Engineering in 1961. He continued his career with Richard Brown Associates starting in 1972 before founding NTT Associates.
NTT Associates takes pride in supplying its clients with quality, accurate surveys along with a knowledgeable staff to answer any questions or concerns that may arise.
Over the years, Carl has developed a team of highly skilled surveying professionals, many of whom have been valued employees for over 20 years. All NTT surveyors are meticulously trained to use state-of-the-art equipment and CAD drafting workstations to assure that our clients receive a top quality and consistent product. NTT offers a fast turn around time, competitive pricing, and a larger area of coverage than most surveyors.
Rik Stouffer, runs the day-to-day survey operations. He is a licensed surveyor and has been with NTT Associates since 1982.
NTT has the experience, willingness and knowledge to help our clients resolve any issue that may arise. We try our best to accommodate any reasonable request, and work with our clients to meet their specific needs.
Our Service Area
We provide service in the following counties: Anne Arundel, Baltimore County & City, Carroll, Cecil, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince Georges, and Washington. Please see our Maps & Prices. Most other counties are available and are priced on a job-by-job basis. We provide free estimates for any services we offer.
NTT’s Commitment
NTT Associates takes pride in supplying its clients with quality, accurate surveys along with a knowledgeable staff to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. All of our drawings are created in AutoCAD to give a consistent, professional appearance and can be emailed to our clients in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf) that can be easily saved and printed. Paper copies (or Laminated copies at an extra charge of $5) can also be provided, if needed. NTT has a dedicated team of surveyors who specialize in Location Drawings, which is a huge benefit for title attorneys.
We offer a fast turn around time, keep our cost competitive, and cover a larger area than most other surveying firms. This means when a client in Harford County gets the stray Washington or Cecil County settlement they won’t have to struggle to find another surveyor.
